The part name is high-pressure seat and its specification is φ40*20*L26. It is made from yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), which is a ceramic in which the cubic crystal structure of zirconium dioxide is made stable at room temperature by an addition of yttrium oxide.
After shaping and sintering, Yttria-stabilized zirconia acquires properties like good bending strength, high toughness, excellent surface finishing, superior wear resistance and outstanding corrosion resistance, as well as good flexural strength and compressive strength. Since they have these properties, zirconia ceramics, they have obtained a permanent place in food and beverage industry.
